This is your main resource for information & scheduling photoshoots. If you have any questions, contact us at 601-790-0361. PAR or one of his assistants will respond to you as soon as possible. Also, email (the best way to contact) picsareready@gmail.com . You will also be added to the text messaging system.
Photoshoot scheduling will begin July 8th. The link will be on this page at that time. Senior Rep Photoshoots are up to 90 minutes long. Reps may bring as many outfits as they like, but also be mindful of the time. Reps can do multiple locations, but also be mindful of the time. PLEASE BE ON TIME. Photoshoots start at the time booked. It is very wise to make sure any makeup appointments are scheduled with enough time for reps to be able to get to their shoot on time. If Reps have not arrived for their shoot or contacted PAR by 15 minutes after the time of the scheduled shoot, they must reschedule. Senior reps may either take (2) senior portrait sessions or (1) bday and 1 senior portrait session. If Rep birthday is in the summer, they may wait until summer to take bday pics if you desire. Reps may also schedule a consultation to go over ideas and plans for their shoot beforehand.
Reps should use uniform(s) as an outfit if they are in an extra-curricular activity with uniforms. Bring your band instruments, pom poms, etc. Think outside the box! Bounce ideas off PAR. Bring props and make it fun! Feel free to ask questions and submit photo examples of ideas.
If Reps would like to take Drape or Tuxedo photos, let PAR know once photoshoot is scheduled. Drape/Tuxedo photos must be taken at the studio. Please keep in mind, schools won't allow those pics to be used in the yearbook. The school photographer has to take those.
Cap & Gown photos will be taken during your senior portrait session in the spring. Feel free to bring any custom cap or stoles. PAR has all the cap and gowns and stoles for the high schools.
Pre-Prom Pics are taken the day of the prom and locations are decided the week of the prom. If weather or or something prevents you from taking pics that day, you can make it up if your own your dress or tuxedo. Prom details will be discussed more when the time is near.
Reps receive 50 printed photo invitations or they can be converted into photo Thank Yous.
Reps that win, need to notify PAR immediately of the homecoming date or the coronation date. PAR will make every effort to be there or have a Team PAR member there to photograph the ceremony. We can't guarantee it, due to scheduling conflicts sometimes, but the effort will be made.
Reps that participate in extra-curricular activities, have the opportunity to be photographed at the games or events, permitting PAR's schedule. Make sure it is known what you do so PAR can take your pics at the games/events. Also, introduce yourself to PAR so he can learn who you are. This goes for parents/guardians too
Reps that participate in activities that have a senior night observance may buy a senior night poster for a discounted price of $35. If this is something, you would like to have, please notify us in advance.
Reps will receive their photos back via email or text link within 10 BUSINESS DAYS. Do not count weekends. After graduation, all pics will be emailed again.
Photo Prints are not included because Reps receive all their edited digital photos. Seniors and reps may print their photos at Walgreens or anywhere they like. You will be given copyright release when time comes.
For the first time in many, many years, I'm going to let PAR Senior Reps schedule their Pre-Prom Photoshoot Session. HOWEVER, Once you book a time, that's your time. You're locked in to it. The only way the schedule MIGHT be changed, is if we talk about it and can work it out in advance. If you're late to your session, I will try to fit you in, based on the schedule that day. I don't like people scheduling pre-prom times because they ARE ALWAYS LATE! ALWAYS. Hopefully, you all will break that cycle this year. Also, if you're going to more than one prom, you can do pre-prom pics for each one you're attending.
Pre-Prom sessions are 15 to 20 minutes. Most shoots will be in downtown area, the capitol building or art museum because of time restraints. Public parking garages, Renaissance, The District, and Highland Village might be options, depending on how many shoots are scheduled. I personally like the Renaissance because it's more variety of places to shoot. The District isn't bad. Highland village gives shooting options as well. But prayerfully, we'll work it all out. If you want to take pics with a car or special vehicle, that's fine, I just need to know in advance.
Reps will take solo pics and naturally with their date (if applicable). If date or friends want solo pics, they will have to buy a package. Pics will be sent to you within 24 hours of your scheduled shoot.

Pre-Prom is a totally different link to book, than your normal photoshoots. Use this only for pre-prom. See you soon.
****April 5th, has at least 8 schools with a prom that day. So if you're prom is on the 5th, you can't book it yet. I'm working out the times with my guys from TEAM PAR. It will probably be me and 2 guys from the team shooting pre-prom that day. April 5th should be ready to book this Sunday. All the other dates are good to go, but remember, once you got it, you go it.
